General Instructions for Candidates for Apprenticeship Training
Engineering-Degree/Diploma Apprentices
1. All Engineering-Graduate/Diploma candidates from the disciplines as mentioned
below and desirous to undergo one year apprenticeship training in HAL, Nasik are
hereby informed to report for Document verification at HAL Main gate, Ojhar, Nasik.

2. The stipend during the training period has been revised as per gazette 686 (E) as
follows :

3. Candidates have to provide copies of certificates (Two sets) and also produce
originals for verification. The list of certificates is as follows :
I. SSC/HSC board certificate
II. Degree/Diploma Semester wise mark sheets
III. Degree/Diploma Certificate or provisional whichever is applicable
IV. NATS Portal registration copy
V. Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)



VI. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) : Income and Asset verification certificate (if
applicable)
VII. Non Creamy layer certificate (For OBC-In Central Govt.Format)
VIII. PWD/XSM (If Applicable)
IX. Aadhaar Card
X. MSI Card (For only HAL) wards
XI. Two passport size photographs
4. Candidates should not carry any electronic gadgets or baggage
5. If the candidates fail to report on the mentioned date & time, it will presumed that
candidate is not interested in Apprenticeship Training and his/her candidature will
be treated as cancelled.
6. HAL, Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide Employment on completion of
the Apprenticeship Training.
7. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation &
travelling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship Training Period & No
accommodation & travelling allowance will be paid by the company
